estate planning. I currently have an active CPA license in Nevada, an
inactive license in Wyoming.
Most of my time was spent working as an attorney. I was of
counsel with Ashton Price, and specialized in estate planning under the
community property laws of the state of California. Leave I currently
have an active permit in Wyoming and inactive permits in South Dakota
and Nebraska. I currently have an active license in Wyoming and am in
the process of reactivating my South Dakota and Nebraska Bar licenses.

Practice while attending law school. After being admitted to the Bar in
1986, I developed a legal practice, specializing in tax return
preparation, tax consulting, tax litigation, estate planning, education
law, business law, real estate law, elder law, and other related areas.

The Dennis K. Ridley firm merged with Alexander, Grant & Co. In
addition to my administrative and tax partner responsibilities, I
managed the firm's audits, which included audits of Wyoming School
Districts and the Wyoming Department of Education.
